Home during covid
Ralph loved laying down on our yoga mats but spent very little time in his bed. Fluffy beds are also a big mess to clean! As an architect, I was looking for the perfect bed for our cat but also an easy-to-clean functional solution for us, as pet owners.

First prototype
Who hasn't had a creative project during covid? Our first paper prototype were made in our 500 sq loft in Santa Monica, CA.

Ralph got his Canadian Citizenship
We made the decision to move back home to grow our family.

We found the perfect material
Our extended family owns a sheepfold. This is one of the reason why we value wool, as one of the oldest materials in the history of humankind. Very breathable, antistatic, fire resistant and has great antibacterial properties. It is also water resistant, easy care - self cleaning, temperature regulating and durable.

First pet bed [MATT] for Ralph
Ralph had his first naps in his new bed. It's natural properties made him fall in love with it very quickly.

We developed different sizes and colors as well as started to build our brand and website.
