Our wool comes directly from sheep, where the fibers are carefully washed, purified, and compressed into an ultra-dense, industrial-grade felt made in Canada. This natural material is naturally breathable, antibacterial, fire-resistant, anti-static, moisture-repellent, and remarkably durable. Thanks to its density, the felt is claw-proof; it withstands scratching, kneading, and regular cat behaviors without tearing. Small surface bumps may appear over time, but they do not affect the bed’s appearance, shape, or long-term durability. Its structure provides warmth in winter, airflow in summer, and a soft, grounding surface that cats are instinctively drawn to. Wool is one of the oldest materials in human history, trusted for its natural resilience and self-cleaning properties.
