Inspired by the box, the most iconic and universally loved object for cats, MATT™ recreates a feeling of enclosure and security through its four sculptural corners. The basket ships rolled for easy transport, storage, and shipping. Assembly is simple; unfold, secure the corners like a box, and the form comes to life instantly.
For care, MATT™ unfolds completely flat, allowing for easy hair removal using the cashmere brush included with every order.
The wool used comes directly from sheep; fibers are carefully washed, purified, and then compressed into an industrial-grade natural wool felt, made in Canada. This material is breathable; antibacterial; fire-resistant; anti-static; and remarkably durable. Thanks to its density, it withstands natural pet behaviors such as kneading and scratching without tearing.
Minor surface irregularities or subtle color variations may appear over time. These are part of the material’s authentic character and do not affect the shape or durability of the basket. Its structure provides warmth in winter, airflow in summer, and a soft surface your pet will instinctively be drawn to.
